Today, November 26th, a total of 408.0 MT of hydrobiological resources entered the wholesale markets of Lima (Villa María del Triunfo) and Callao (Ventanilla), representing a 21.9% increase compared to yesterday’s supply. The main species entering today were dolphinfish, jack mackerel, and bonito. In addition, 221.2 MT of hydrobiological resources were supplied to the wholesale fish markets of Tumbes, Piura, Lambayeque, La Libertad, Áncash, Arequipa, Ica, Tacna, Cajamarca, Loreto, and Ucayali.
