Today, January 27, a total of 634.9 metric tons of hydrobiological resources entered the wholesale markets of Lima (Villa María del Triunfo) and Callao (Ventanilla), representing a 37.7% increase compared to yesterday's supply. The species with the highest volume of entry today included Bonito, Mackerel, and Jack Mackerel. Additionally, 550.3 metric tons of hydrobiological resources were supplied to the wholesale fish markets of Tumbes, Piura, Lambayeque, La Libertad, Áncash, Arequipa, Ica, Tacna, Cajamarca, Loreto, and Ucayali.
