Today, February 27th, a total of 478.5 MT of hydrobiological resources entered the wholesale markets of Lima (Villa María del Triunfo) and Callao (Ventanilla), representing a 14.5% decrease compared to yesterday’s supply. The main species entering today were jack mackerel (jurel), bonito, and jumbo flying squid (pota). In addition, 346.1 MT of hydrobiological resources were supplied to the wholesale fish markets of Tumbes, Piura, Lambayeque, La Libertad, Áncash, Arequipa, Ica, Tacna, Cajamarca, Loreto, and Ucayali.
