Today, March 27, a total of 561.4 metric tons (MT) of hydrobiological resources entered the wholesale markets of Lima (Villa María del Triunfo) and Callao (Ventanilla), representing a 22.3% increase compared to yesterday’s supply. The main species with the highest volumes today were bonito, jack mackerel, and jumbo flying squid (pota). Additionally, 457.1 MT of hydrobiological resources were delivered to the wholesale fish markets of Tumbes, Piura, Lambayeque, La Libertad, Áncash, Arequipa, Ica, Tacna, Cajamarca, Loreto, and Ucayali.
