Today, May 27th, a total of 411.2 metric tons of hydrobiological resources entered the wholesale markets of Lima (Villa María del Triunfo) and Callao (Ventanilla), representing a 7.9% increase compared to the supply on May 26th. The main species with the highest volumes today were bonito, jumbo squid, and mullet. Additionally, 400.8 metric tons of hydrobiological resources were delivered to the wholesale fish markets in Tumbes, Piura, Lambayeque, La Libertad, Áncash, Arequipa, Ica, Tacna, Cajamarca, Loreto, and Ucayali.
