Today, April 30, a total of 367.2 metric tons of hydrobiological resources entered the wholesale markets of Lima (Villa María del Triunfo) and Callao (Ventanilla), representing an 8.8% decrease compared to yesterday’s supply. The species with the highest volumes today were: Bonito, Jumbo squid, and Jack mackerel. Additionally, 376.2 metric tons of hydrobiological resources were delivered to the wholesale fish markets of Tumbes, Piura, Lambayeque, La Libertad, Áncash, Arequipa, Ica, Tacna, Cajamarca, Loreto, and Ucayali.
