Today, July 30th, a total of 490.9 metric tons (MT) of hydrobiological resources entered the wholesale markets of Lima (Villa María del Triunfo) and Callao (Ventanilla), representing an 8.7% decrease compared to yesterday’s supply. The main species with the highest volume today were jack mackerel, bonito, and mackerel. Additionally, 436.0 MT of hydrobiological resources were supplied to the wholesale fish markets in the regions of Tumbes, Piura, Lambayeque, La Libertad, Áncash, Arequipa, Ica, Tacna, Cajamarca, Loreto, and Ucayali.
