In September 2025, aquaculture harvest reached 8,125 MT, a figure 36.0% lower than in September 2024 (12,780 MT). This result was mainly due to lower harvests of scallops (-53.9%) and trout (-32.9%). Likewise, during this month, the activity contributed 29.2% to Fisheries and Aquaculture GDP and 0.05% to National GDP, equivalent to PEN 23 million at constant 2007 prices.
