Manufacturing production recorded a slight increase of 1.4% compared to December 2020 and 11.5% compared to December 2019, the pre-pandemic period. This result was driven by the increase in industrial exports (+25.5%) and the strong performance of the non-primary subsector (+9.5%), mainly due to intermediate goods industries (+11.1%) linked to the construction sector.
