In March 2021, extractive activity in the fishing sector recorded a significant increase of 172.9% in volume terms compared to the same month of the previous year. This result was mainly explained by higher extractive activity of resources intended for direct human consumption (DHC) (+85.5%), as well as resources intended for indirect human consumption (IHC), which increased by more than 100%.
