In October 2021, domestic trade sales increased by 6.7% year-on-year, as a result of the positive performance of the main activities within the sector, such as supermarkets and hypermarkets (+8.0%), department stores (+28.3%), hardware and home improvement stores (+2.8%), and home equipment stores (+7.5%).
