Extractive activity in the fishing sector recorded a significant increase of 16.3% in volume terms compared to September 2021. The sector accumulated four consecutive months of growth. This month’s result was mainly explained by higher landings of fishery resources intended for the canning, frozen products, and fishmeal industries.
