The extractive activity of the Fishing Sector experienced a significant increase of 10.4% in terms of volume compared to September 2022. This result is mainly due to the increase in the extraction of resources destined for Direct Human Consumption (D.H.C.), particularly from artisanal fishing activities (perico, bonito and jack mackerel) due to the favorable oceanographic conditions for these species.
