The extractive activity of the Fishing Sector decreased by 38.0% in terms of volume compared to February 2021. This result is mainly explained by the reduction in the landing of resources destined for Direct Human Consumption (-47.7%), due to the unfavorable oceanographic conditions caused by the presence of cold waters caused by the La Niña phenomenon.
