Extractive activity in the fishing sector decreased by 36.3% in volume terms compared to March 2021. This result was mainly explained by lower landings of resources intended for direct human consumption (DHC) (-32.0%), affected by unfavorable oceanographic conditions caused by the presence of the La Niña phenomenon.
