Today, September 4th, 430.8 metric tons of hydrobiological resources were supplied to the wholesale markets of Lima (Villa María del Triunfo) and Callao (Ventanilla), marking a 0.8% increase compared to the previous day's supply. The species with the highest volumes today included mackerel, bonito, and squid. Additionally, 243.3 metric tons of hydrobiological resources were distributed to the wholesale fish markets in Tumbes, Piura, Lambayeque, La Libertad, Áncash, Arequipa, Ica, Tacna, Cajamarca, Loreto, and Ucayali.
