In September 2024, the volume of landings of hydrobiological resources in the Fisheries Sector reached a total of 78.5 thousand tons (MT), representing a contraction of 22.2% compared to the same month in 2023. This result is primarily due to the lower extraction of resources destined for Direct Human Consumption (CHD) (-22.5%), although it was partially offset by the increase in anchovy catch for Indirect Human Consumption (CHI) (+46.7%).
