Today, November 4th, a total of 291.3 MT of hydrobiological resources entered the wholesale markets of Lima (Villa María del Triunfo) and Callao (Ventanilla), representing an 18.3% increase compared to yesterday’s supply. The main species entering today were bonito, jack mackerel, and mahi-mahi. In addition, 174.7 MT of hydrobiological resources were supplied to the wholesale fish markets of Tumbes, Piura, Lambayeque, La Libertad, Áncash, Arequipa, Ica, Tacna, Cajamarca, Loreto, and Ucayali.
