Today, January 6th, a total of 733.9 MT of hydrobiological resources entered the wholesale markets of Lima (Villa María del Triunfo) and Callao (Ventanilla), representing a 76.2% increase compared to yesterday’s supply. The main species entering today were jack mackerel (jurel), bonito, and mullet (lisa). In addition, 463.7 MT of hydrobiological resources were supplied to the wholesale fish markets of Tumbes, Piura, Lambayeque, La Libertad, Áncash, Arequipa, Ica, Tacna, Cajamarca, Loreto, and Ucayali.
