Budget Program 0094 (PP 0094) addresses the low rate of financing in aquaculture, as identified by the 2016 Inland Fisheries Census. Through Activity 3.1, the intervention provides supervised loans to formal aquaculture producers for the purchase of feed, materials, and equipment, as well as for infrastructure expansion and the acquisition of specific technologies. The loan delivery process includes dissemination, evaluation, approval, monitoring, and recovery, with requirements and credit ratings applied in accordance with current regulations.
