The purpose of the document is to show opportunities for improvement in the design and operational management of the processes in terms of effectiveness of the intervention "Training and Technical Assistance in Environmental Management Instruments and Good Environmental Practices", which is provided to MSMEs in order to increase their productivity and strengthen their capacities in terms of knowledge of the legal framework for environmental management and certification. Thus, the design evaluation seeks to answer whether the design is relevant to the direct and indirect causes; or whether it is consistent with sectoral and national strategies.
