The Monthly Statistical Survey of Department Stores, Supermarkets, and Specialized Stores was implemented with the purpose of obtaining indicators for the domestic trade sector and basic information on the evolution of sales, employment, and inventories of department stores, supermarkets, and specialized stores, as well as shopping malls.
