In 2025, the production of spirits reached a total of 23.7 million liters, representing an 8.4% increase compared to the same month of the previous year. This growth was driven by higher production of other spirits (+45.2%) and gin (+26.4%). In contrast, the overall increase was partially offset by declines in the production of rum (-6.5%), whisky (-20.2%), and vodka (-21.4%).
