The main objective of the evaluation of the design and processes is to generate evidence that will allow us to propose improvements to the program in terms of efficiency and effectiveness. The methodology used consists of a primary information gathering through interviews and meetings with key actors related to the program, and systematization of secondary information such as scientific and economic evidence, case studies, strategic documents, directives and regulations. As a result of this evaluation, a series of recommendations are proposed that contribute to increase and ensure the positive results of the program.
