Budget Program 094 (PP094) addresses the low financing rate in aquaculture, identified by the 2016 Inland Fisheries Census. The intervention, through Activity 3.1, offers supervised credits to formal aquaculture farmers, intended for the purchase of feed, materials, equipment, infrastructure expansion and acquisition of specific technologies. The delivery of credits follows a process of dissemination, evaluation, award, monitoring and recovery, with requirements and credit rating applied according to current regulations.
