Digitalization drives productivity and business growth; however, large enterprises adopt technologies more rapidly than SMEs, which face several challenges. To close this gap, policies should be implemented to improve the economic and regulatory environment, address SMEs’ financial constraints, strengthen local digital services, and promote training in digital skills.
