Today, July 4th, 313.9 metric tons (MT) of hydrobiological resources entered the wholesale markets of Lima (Villa María del Triunfo) and Callao (Ventanilla), representing an 11.9% decrease compared to yesterday’s supply. The main species with the highest volumes today were jumbo squid, mullet, and grunt. Additionally, 296.9 MT of hydrobiological resources were supplied to the wholesale fish markets in Tumbes, Piura, Lambayeque, La Libertad, Áncash, Arequipa, Ica, Tacna, Cajamarca, Loreto, and Ucayali.
