Today, November 5th, a total of 207.2 MT of hydrobiological resources entered the wholesale markets of Lima (Villa María del Triunfo) and Callao (Ventanilla), representing a 28.9% decrease compared to yesterday’s supply. The main species entering today were mahi-mahi, jack mackerel, and bonito. In addition, 212.0 MT of hydrobiological resources were supplied to the wholesale fish markets of Tumbes, Piura, Lambayeque, La Libertad, Áncash, Arequipa, Ica, Tacna, Cajamarca, Loreto, and Ucayali.
