Today, August 7th, 383.6 metric tons of hydrobiological resources were delivered to the wholesale markets in Lima (Villa María del Triunfo) and Callao (Ventanilla), representing a 33.9% decrease compared to yesterday's supply. The species with the highest volumes today were: jack mackerel, squid, and bonito. Additionally, 364.7 metric tons of hydrobiological resources were received at the wholesale fish markets in Tumbes, Piura, Lambayeque, La Libertad, Áncash, Arequipa, Ica, Tacna, Cajamarca, Loreto, and Ucayali.
