Today, May 8, a total of 391.2 metric tons (MT) of hydrobiological resources entered the wholesale markets of Lima (Villa María del Triunfo) and Callao (Ventanilla), representing a 13.2% increase compared to yesterday’s supply. The main species supplied today included giant squid (pota), mullet (lisa), and horse mackerel (jurel). Additionally, 278.4 MT of hydrobiological resources were delivered to the wholesale fish markets in Tumbes, Piura, Lambayeque, La Libertad, Áncash, Arequipa, Ica, Tacna, Cajamarca, Loreto, and Ucayali.
