Today, January 20th, a total of 381.3 metric tons (MT) of hydrobiological resources entered the wholesale markets of Lima (Villa María del Triunfo) and Callao (Ventanilla), marking a 44.6% decrease compared to yesterday’s supply. The species with the highest entries today included: Jack mackerel, squid, and mullet. Additionally, 374.9 MT of hydrobiological resources were delivered to the wholesale fishing markets in Tumbes, Piura, Lambayeque, La Libertad, Áncash, Arequipa, Ica, Tacna, Cajamarca, Loreto, and Ucayali.
