Today, may 21, a total of 327.8 metric tons of hydrobiological resources entered the wholesale markets of Lima (Villa María del Triunfo) and Callao (Ventanilla), representing an 11.7% decrease compared to yesterday's supply. The main species with the highest volumes today were bonito (skipjack tuna), jumbo squid, and mullet. Additionally, 356.9 metric tons of hydrobiological resources were delivered to the wholesale fish markets in Tumbes, Piura, Lambayeque, La Libertad, Áncash, Arequipa, Ica, Tacna, Cajamarca, Loreto, and Ucayali.
