On May 21, 420.3 MT of hydrobiological resources entered the wholesale markets of Lima (Villa María del Triunfo) and Callao (Ventanilla), representing an 8.7% decrease compared to yesterday’s supply. The species with the highest volumes received today were jack mackerel, bonito, and jumbo squid. Likewise, 337.3 MT of hydrobiological resources entered the wholesale fish markets of Tumbes, Piura, Lambayeque, La Libertad, Áncash, Arequipa, Ica, Tacna, Cajamarca, Loreto, and Ucayali.
