On May 22, 540.9 MT of hydrobiological resources entered the wholesale markets of Lima (Villa María del Triunfo) and Callao (Ventanilla), representing a 28.7% increase compared to yesterday’s supply. The species with the highest volumes received today were jack mackerel, bonito, and jumbo squid. Likewise, 458.9 MT of hydrobiological resources entered the wholesale fish markets of Tumbes, Piura, Lambayeque, La Libertad, Áncash, Arequipa, Ica, Tacna, Cajamarca, Loreto, and Ucayali.
