Today, may 29th, a total of 342.4 metric tons of hydrobiological resources entered the wholesale markets of Lima (Villa María del Triunfo) and Callao (Ventanilla), representing a 5.0% increase compared to the supply on May 28th. The main species with the highest volumes today were jumbo squid, mullet, and cabinza. Additionally, 410.8 metric tons of hydrobiological resources were delivered to the wholesale fish markets in Tumbes, Piura, Lambayeque, La Libertad, Áncash, Arequipa, Ica, Tacna, Cajamarca, Loreto, and Ucayali.
