The total landing of hydrobiological resources was 146.8 thousand MT, a decrease of 90 thousand MT compared to February 2021 (236.8 thousand MT). This decrease is primarily due to reduced extractive activity in artisanal fishing for Direct Human Consumption (DHC) (-47.7%). In contrast, there was an increase in the landing of anchovy in the southern region for Indirect Human Consumption (IHC) (+16.9%).
