The intervention “Compras a MYPErú” consists of the purchase of goods requested by government entities from MSEs. The call for applications, selection, and contracting of MSEs are carried out through the Purchasing Executing Units (NECs) established by FONCODES. The NECs also serve as intermediaries between the requesting entities and supplier enterprises. The NECs establish the prices to be paid per product and the lot to be assigned to each selected MSE.
