Today, January 29th, a total of 451.4 MT of hydrobiological resources entered the wholesale markets of Lima (Villa María del Triunfo) and Callao (Ventanilla), representing a 9.4% increase compared to yesterday’s supply. The main species entering today were bonito, dolphinfish (perico), and jack mackerel (jurel). In addition, 408.3 MT of hydrobiological resources were supplied to the wholesale fish markets of Tumbes, Piura, Lambayeque, La Libertad, Áncash, Arequipa, Ica, Tacna, Cajamarca, Loreto, and Ucayali.
