Evaluation of the Design of the Strategy "Digital Route for the Development of the Digitalization of MSEs in Peru"

The evaluation revealed several key findings. Firstly, the current design of the "Digital Route" strategy has limited capacity to address the root causes of the central problem identified. Additionally, the third specific objective does not align well with the goal of "increasing access to technological services." Furthermore, issues were identified regarding the internal coherence of the intervention, which could hinder the implementation of the intervention design.
