Design Evaluation of the “Digital Route for the Development of Digitalization among MSEs in Peru” Strategy

The evaluation identified several key findings. First, the current design of the “Digital Route” strategy has limited capacity to address the causes of the core problem identified. In addition, the third specific objective shows a low level of alignment with the indirect means of “increasing access to the supply of technology services.” Regarding the internal coherence of the intervention, some issues were identified that could restrict the implementation of the intervention design.
