The National Program “Tu Empresa” (PNTE) aims to contribute to increasing the productivity and sales of micro and small enterprises (MSEs) by providing support through its five components: Formalization, Business Management, Digitalization, Productive Development, and Access to Financing, through the Business Development Centers (CDEs) authorized by the Ministry of Production. The main objective of this document is to analyze the main results in terms of the permanence and performance of enterprises after receiving CDE services, and to identify improvements to the program through in-depth interviews with business advisors.
