In August 2023, sales in the internal trade sector recorded a year-over-year decrease of -3.5%, due to negative performance in activities within this sector, including: department stores (-2.7%), hardware stores and home finishing products (-21.4%), home equipment (-8.8%), and books, newspapers, and stationery items (-21.8%).
