The design evaluation aimed to determine whether the design is relevant to the direct and indirect causes and whether it aligns with sectoral and national strategies, supported by specialized literature exploring the benefits of providing this type of training to artisanal fishermen. The process evaluation critically assesses the transformation of inputs into services, reviewing the compliance with processes and the products established in the operational model, considering their effectiveness, quality, and contribution to achieving the intervention's results.
