The PROCOMPITE strategy is a public intervention that promotes productive proposals or business initiatives by Organized Economic Agents (AEOs). These proposals, set out in business plans, are evaluated by the regional and local governments of the areas to which the AEOs belong. Only those proposals that provide solid evidence of the financial profitability and sustainability of the business may benefit from co-financing through public funds.
