The intervention of MYPErú Purchases consists of the purchase of goods (demanded by State Entities) from MYPEs. The call, selection and contract of MYPEs is carried out through the Purchasing Executing Nuclei (NEC) established by FONCODES. The NECs also serve as intermediaries between the demanders and the supplier companies. The NEC establishes the prices that will be paid per product and the batch that will be assigned to each selected MYPE.
