The intervention consists of five components: Formalization, Business Management, Digitalization, Productive Development, and Access to Financing, each comprising a series of services as indicated in the implementation plan. This will make it possible to establish recommendations to improve the business components and propose new components and/or strategies that contribute to increasing the productivity and sales of MSEs.
