Today, January 6th, 626.5 metric tons of hydrobiological resources were delivered to the wholesale markets of Lima (Villa María del Triunfo) and Callao (Ventanilla), representing an 89.7% increase compared to yesterday's supply. The species with the highest volumes today were jack mackerel, bonito, and giant squid. Additionally, 215.9 metric tons of hydrobiological resources were supplied to the wholesale fish markets in Tumbes, Piura, Lambayeque, La Libertad, Áncash, Arequipa, Ica, Tacna, Cajamarca, Loreto, and Ucayali.
