Today, January 10, 542.8 metric tons of hydrobiological resources were supplied to the wholesale markets of Lima (Villa María del Triunfo) and Callao (Ventanilla), a 13.1% decrease compared to the previous day. The species with the highest volumes today were mackerel, giant squid, and Bonito. Additionally, 341.7 metric tons of hydrobiological resources were distributed to wholesale fish markets in Tumbes, Piura, Lambayeque, La Libertad, Áncash, Arequipa, Ica, Tacna, Cajamarca, Loreto, and Ucayali.
