Total landings of hydrobiological resources amounted to 101.8 thousand metric tons, 9.6 thousand metric tons above the level recorded in September 2022, when landings reached 92.2 thousand metric tons. This increase was mainly explained by higher landings of resources intended for direct human consumption (DHC) (+11.0%). In contrast, it was partially offset by a decrease in anchoveta catches intended for indirect human consumption (IHC) (-54.5%).
