The extractive activity of the Fishing Sector experienced an increase of 22.0% in terms of volume compared to June 2021. This result is mainly explained by the increase in anchoveta landings for Indirect Human Consumption (I.H.C.) from the North-Central zone (first fishing season 2022), due to favorable oceanographic conditions (cold waters) for this species.
